Introduction

This Privacy Policy outlines how Nexibrain Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when using our mobile applications. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is protected.

1. Information We Collect

This policy covers our mobile applications: Aura: Daily Affirmations Boost, GoalVision: AI Soccer Tips, and Euro to CFA Converter.

Account data

Aura uses anonymous accounts only and never collects your name, email address or any contact details.

In GoalVision, signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in with Google, we collect your Google User ID, email address and name to create your account and keep your subscription available across your devices.

Analytics data

We use PostHog (hosted in the European Union) to understand how our apps are used: screens viewed, features used, app version, platform, language, and — in Aura — the preferences you select during onboarding (such as your goals and topics of interest). This data is linked to a random anonymous identifier. Your IP address is processed to derive an approximate location (country/city) for aggregate statistics.

Purchase data

We use RevenueCat to process in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your purchase receipt, product identifiers and subscription status to validate your Premium access. We never see or store your payment details.

Advertising attribution data

We use AppsFlyer, a mobile measurement partner, to understand which of our advertising campaigns (on networks such as Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat) led you to install the app. AppsFlyer processes your device advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS — only with your explicit permission via the App Tracking Transparency prompt — or Google Advertising ID on Android), IP address, device model and app events such as install and app open. On iOS, if you decline the tracking prompt, no advertising identifier is collected and attribution falls back to Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork.

Push notifications

If you enable notifications, we store a push token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), your language and your time zone offset so that we can send notifications at a relevant time for you. In Aura, your daily affirmation reminders are scheduled locally on your device.

Location for content localization

In GoalVision, your IP address is used to determine your country so that we can display the correct TV broadcasters and local kick-off times for football matches.

What we never collect in Aura

Your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, and any text you write in the app (personal affirmations, collections, goals) — that content stays on your device only.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Operate, maintain and improve the apps (analytics, crash diagnostics).
• Manage subscriptions and restore your purchases across your devices.
• Measure our advertising campaigns and their return on investment.
• Send the notifications you asked for.
• Display localized content, such as TV broadcasters for football matches in GoalVision.
• Serve ads inside the app — GoalVision and Euro to CFA Converter only. Aura contains no advertising SDK and displays no ads.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only with the processors listed above (PostHog, RevenueCat, AppsFlyer, Google Firebase) and, for advertising measurement, AppsFlyer shares attribution data with the ad networks we work with (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat) so that they can measure campaign performance.

GoalVision and Euro to CFA Converter additionally use Appodeal, an advertising mediation platform, to serve ads inside those apps. Aura contains no advertising SDK and shares no data with any advertising network.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Access: You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification: You have the right to correct any inaccuracies in your personal data.
• Erasure: You have the right to request that we delete your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data (including your Firestore profile and Firebase authentication) directly within the App settings or contacting us at contact@nexibrain.com. Your data will be deleted within 48 hours upon request (mail, name, picture, uid…)
• Objection: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
• Revocation of Consent: If you have given consent for the processing of your personal data, you have the right to revoke that consent at any time.
